Guided by Joyful Breath Laughter Yoga, this uplifting class combines playful laughter exercises with gentle yogic breathing techniques designed to reduce stress, boost energy, and encourage connection and positivity.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and a chair or mat to sit on for brief introductions and a grounding exercise at the end. The entire class can be done seated if necessary.
